Tasting from 14.02.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, rich ruby red. Noble nose of ripe red berries, a hint of caramel, bread crust, raspberry confit on the finish. Extremely clear on the palate, very juicy and with rich fruit, slightly salty, elegant and noble, a surprise.
