Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Brightest garnet red with a brightening rim. Rich cherry fruit on the nose, paired with wild raspberries, juniper and dried rose petals. Juicy on the tongue, with delicate tannins, supported by fresh acidity, leather savouriness and a hint of animal characterise the palate, with a minimal bitter almond finish.
