Tasting from 14.03.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich, bright ruby with a black core. Clear, intense nose, classic notes of blueberry, pepper and resin, delicate notes of bay leaf. Elegant on the palate, then unfortunately develops quite savoury notes, drying and rough on the finish.
