Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense purple, red hints and a persistent mousse. Rich blackberry fruit on the nose, followed by black pepper and a hint of tobacco. Clear and refreshing on the palate, light-footed and pleasantly dry with animating acidity, ripe tannins and a savoury finish.
