Tasting from 01.01.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense straw yellow with a golden shimmer. Ripe, yellow fruit on the nose, reminiscent of nectarine and apricot, with some dandelion blossom behind it. Citrusy and fresh on the palate, straightforward, crisp acidity, salty finish.
