Pale straw yellow with greenish-silver reflections. Fine, even and continuous mousse. Intense notes of white flowers, crisp white-fleshed fruit and bread crust on the nose. A mineral trace accompanies the entire tasting. Good structure and tension. Persistent and slightly salty on the finish.
