Tasting from 08.09.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark ruby red color. On the nose fine resinous-earthy hints, sealing wax, truffles, chocolate, plums. On the palate rich tannin, grippy, punchy, finishes with some occupying tannin, good length, still needs some time.
