Tasting Notes
Brilliant silver with a persistent mousse. Apple and white peach on the nose, whilst on the palate it's very delicate. There's a subtle sweetness that envelops the clear fruit, whilst the mousse and acidity are well balanced and lead to a long, fresh and juicy finish.
