A touch of coffee and smoke frames that lovely fresh red fruit that rises with brightness from the glass. With more air, there is a savoury glint of miso. The palate is tender and ripe and redolent with strawberry compote and tenderly depicted ripeness. A lovely rendition of Pinot, smooth, gentle and long.
