Pale golden yellow, silver reflections. Candied lime zest, a hint of pine oil and mint, green apple underneath. Juicy, elegant, fine fruit expression at the core, good structure, full-bodied peach fruit in the finish, also mineral notes, lemony and salty, elegant and balanced; the New Age of Retsina.
