It is a wine made from the grape varieties Grenache, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvèdre, Cabernet Franc from the region Languedoc-Roussillon in France.
Milk and semi-bitter chocolate with a hint of oxidative ripeness in the background. Creamy and slightly viscous base, lots of juiciness on top and a complex fruit, melted tannin, mild acidity, a charming, fruity pleasure. Has too little tannin for grilled meat - but will be fun during the barbecue.
