Fleshy fruit on the nose with notes of raspberry confit, elderberry and redcurrant as well as cherry. Also a fine yeasty spiciness and floral nuances. Comparatively powerful on the palate, with lively acidity and stale berry fruit as well as savoury nuances. Slightly noticeable ripe tannin, long mineral finish.
