Yeasty on the nose, but also with a plump varietal fruit behind the youthful skin, pear, chestnut purée, and charentais melon, also honey notes and some flint. Fiery and powerful on the palate, but not overshooting in either liquor or sweetness, it is round and ripe yet also sophisticated, with compact substance on the finish that mixes with its minerality. It has great length.
