Tasting Notes
Brilliant cherry red in colour. The nose smells seductively of preserved cherries, elderberries and balsamic spice, with some vanilla and liquorice. Silky and cool on the palate, showing plenty of power and grainy tannins as it progresses. The juicy acidity provides backbone.
