Pale straw yellow with a silver sheen, fine perlage. Ripe pome fruit on the nose, reminiscent of pear and apple, followed by almond and some fresh bread dough. Structured on the palate, pleasantly creamy texture, gripping acidity structure, mouth-watering, long finish.
