Tasting from 02.12.2022: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Cherry to purpurea red with a well defined rim. Smoky aromas, sour cherry, red currant, mint and rhubarb, wild berries. Cocktail cherries, a touch of vanilla and caramel. On the palate, a clear linear construction, with fine-grained, juicy tannins in a dense structure, integrated, disciplined alcohol, intriguing. A generous pinch of appealing vegetal notes and an intense tactile minerality, exciting and special. Peppery aromas on the finish leave a lasting impression of terroir.
