Tasting Notes

Tasting from 15.07.2014

Comparatively light color, wild strawberry, raspberry, white chocolate, even a hint of truffle. On the palate with melted, fine-grained, firm tannins, quite present acidity, quite polished and flowing in the extract, noticeable alcohol content, very good in the complexity of the fruit.
