Dark ruby, deep color core, purple reflections, delicate brightening on the rim. Fine nuances of herbs, nougat, ripe dark berries, a touch of dried fruit, a hint of macchia, blackberry confit and some liquorice in the background, some cardamom and cinnamon. Juicy, ripe cherries and plums, fine fruitiness, structured, ripe, very fine tannins, some nougat, good acidity, heart cherries on the finish, fine noble oak savouriness, perfect balance, has reached the maturity plateau, shows great length, has further ageing potential.
