Tasting Notes
Intense, brilliant orange-pink with a persistent, coarse-grained mousse. Candied orange zest, Mediterranean herbs, rosemary and a hint of pepper on the nose, with a red forest fruit finish. Pronounced nutty nuances on the palate, delicate hints of oranges, fine mousse and medium weight, has diminished somewhat after a year of bottle ageing.
