Tasting Notes
Velvety bright golden yellow colour. On the nose there are definite aromas of pear and quince, with a touch of bergamot, something delicately floral and a rosemary note. On the palate it has juicy, well-integrated acidity, pure, sweet fruit, a well-integrated mousse and a harmonious finish.
