Brilliant apricot with a delicate mousse. Fine vegetal savouriness on the nose, fresh raspberries, a hint of orange peel, white blossom, ice candy. On the palate with fine sweetness and crispy mousse, nuances of melon, with fine mousse, uncomplicated, drinks well.
