Tasting from 26.05.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright pale pink with brilliant reflections. The nose is slightly reductive, then after a little time, reveals notes of citrus zest. Well-integrated mousse on the palate, hearty, unfortunately becomes slightly bitter on the finish.
