Dark ruby, purple reflections, broad ochre rim. On the nose, fine nuances of dark berries, sweet cherries, hints of currant, savoury oak notes, chocolate, dried plums and candied violets. Complex and powerful on the palate, a touch of liquorice, powerful tannins and good length with pronounced fruit. A savoury food wine. The official red wine of the Kremlin.
