Medium yellow-green. Delicate orange zest, fine wood nuances, vanilla, delicate blossom honey, some grapefruit and caramel. Juicy, pleasant stone fruit notes, well-integrated wood spice, fine acidity, Burgundian associations, lingers well, multi-faceted food companion, fine minerality on the finish.
