Sour cherry, white pepper, nougat. Emphatically juicy palate, fine acidity and a rather slender, sinewy structure, accompanied by natural, clear cherry fruit, leaving the mouth clean, an appetizingly proportioned, unobtrusive food companion, e.g. with veal liver.
