Tasting Notes

Tasting from 05.11.2005

Medium greenish yellow. Delicate notes of malt on the nose, somewhat leafy, hints of tangerine peel, rather restrained aroma. Very racy acidity structure on the palate, again with a hint of caramel, medium length, citrus zest on the finish. Very fresh considering its age.
