The prosecco Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Millesimato Extra Dry, vintage 2021 from the winery Val d'Oca has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Glera, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay from the region Veneto in Italy.
Brilliant silver with a persistent mousse. Fresh pineapple and tropical fruit on the nose, with floral nuances and a fresh, chalky finish. On the palate it shows with a great fruity sweetness and perky mousse, round and harmonious, very fine to drink.
