Lightest silver grey, with a delicate straw yellow tinge. Fermented plum on the nose at first, needing a lot of air, finally opening up with yellow fruit, and underpinned by a vivid spicy note. On the palate there are vivid hints of Mediterranean herbs and thyme, racy acidity and texture, not too loud, and well integrated. It has an individual character.
