Tasting Notes
Rich, intense garnet. Ripe wild berries, dark chocolate, raspberry confit and light leather savouriness on the nose, slightly balsamic. Opens up on the palate with elegant smoothness, gripping tannins open up the drink, clear dark fruit underpinned by fine savoury notes, powerful and long, even better if aired briefly beforehand.
