Tasting from 19.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog

Light greenish yellow. Fresh nose with notes of pear, yeastiness, discreet brioche and some tropical and apple nuances. On the palate, this comes across as citric with a medium fine mousse, balanced dosage and juicy echo with apple notes.
