Tasting from 17.03.2020: Ulrich Sautter

First development on the nose, cocoa, truffle notes, ripe cherry. Mint. Firm tannins, lots of juiciness, taut structure, good acidity, herbal-spicy palate aromas, still very firmly structured and still full of certain ageing potential.
