The nose is characterised by chalky aromas of flint, white mushroom and fresh bread crust. Aromas of quince and white tea, delicate and citrusy. A hint of petrol. Slender on the palate with superficial minerality. Noticeable acidity, delicately floral. Subtle mellowness.
