On the nose, delicate notes of cherry compote, light nougat, delicate red berry nuances, with some cassis and herbs. The palate is juicy and elegant with good complexity, and a fresh structure, with cherry notes on the saline finish. A nimble, refined food wine, that has length and expressiveness.
