Tasting Notes

Tasting from 23.03.2016: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Very ripe fruity aromas emanate from the glass, reminiscent of stewed plums, black cherries and wild berries, with a full, baroque character. Attractive spices of bay leaves, rosemary and thyme are added. Stimulatingly fresh and juicy on the palate. Filling on the palate. Hearty tannins lead into a harmonious mineral coolness in the long finish.
