Tasting Notes
Very dark ruby garnet in colour with purple reflections. Rather dark berry notes dominate the nose, with some black berry jam, blackcurrant and nougat, along with orange zest, and some sweet spice. The palate is powerful, almost opulent, with silky tannins - it's quite elegant, without rough edges, and well balanced despite its obvious power. Good ageing potential.
