Tasting from 19.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant straw yellow, almost transparent at the core. Pronounced aroma of elderflower and juicy lemons, plus lime zest and ripe gooseberry, with delicate herbal notes in the background. Lively on the attack, with rich notes of yeast and fresh pears, clear, brisk, with good drive and persistence, explosive mousse, presses again on the palate at the end and lingers for a long time.
