Subtly cloudy, medium gold with green reflections. Subtle aroma of red apple, aniseed, fenugreek seeds, iodized salt and dried pineapple. Dry, with fresh acidity and a fine-grained, animating mouthfeel. Delicate, silky texture, with apple flesh, fennel, aniseed and saffron on the palate. Long finish with a salty note.
