Brilliant straw yellow with persistent mousse. Brown butter, banana pieces and golden apple on the nose, with fine citrus fruit, a light yeasty note and cold smoke on the finish. Precise and juicy on the palate, with clear fruit in the mid-palate, good length and a clean finish.
