Tasting from 28.08.2014

Light yellow-green. Fine pear fruit underlaid with fresh meadow herbs, a hint of vanilla, subtle vegetal spice. Medium-bodied, elegant and balanced, juicy orange touch, delicate sweetness, a hint of nougat caramel on the finish, lemony aftertaste, well-integrated roasted notes, shows length, a full-bodied food companion with ageing potential.
