Tasting Notes

Tasting from 23.04.2021: Peter Moser

Strong ruby with light ocher reflections and broader brightness on the rim. Delicately animalistic nose with fine herbal savouriness, candied orange zest, wild red berries, pickled cherry. Juicy palate, fine ripeness and round with discreet tannins. Already well developed and a charming food wine.
