The red wine VAS Oro Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2018 from the winery Villa a Sesta has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Franc
It has a glowing dark ruby red colour. There are aromas of violet, cherry, rich cassis, and mint on the nose, underpinned by delicate eucalyptus, as well as a green savouriness on the finish. It is very juicy and vivid on the palate, elegantly unfolding across the tongue, and it has plenty of tension and raciness, lingering distinctly and with nice length.
