Tasting from 14.10.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow with golden reflections. Intense yellow fruit on the nose, reminiscent of pear and honeydew melon, with ethereal notes behind it. Lots of juice on the palate, tense and salty, vibrant acidity, long, animating finish.
