Tasting from 06.07.2018: Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Deep colour. Aromas of caramel candy and apple peel tea. On the palate a tannic attack, then creamy for a moment, with hints of savoury yeast and spontaneous fermentation, it has gentle acidity, and mineral powder on a long finish. Forget everything you've ever heard about Bardolino. This is quirky, but also tasty.
