Tasting from 09.07.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red. Very savoury, slightly animal on the nose, with Amarena cherry and beet. Clear fruity sweetness on the palate, wrapped in a delicate fruit texture, ending with a very grippy tannin finish.
