Tasting from 17.08.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Typical varietal aromas of gooseberry, blackcurrant, green bell pepper, elderberry and citrus fruit. Intense fruit on the palate too, cassis and gooseberry, some passion fruit, juicy, nice spiciness and balanced acidity, subtle fruit sweetness. Sauvignon Blanc with good drinking flow and clear character.
