The white wine Monterotondo 10 anni Gavi del Comune di Gavi DOCG, vintage 2012 from the winery Villa Sparina has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cortese from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Intense, shimmering golden yellow. Memorable on the nose, with dried apricots, hazelnut, acacia honey, salted caramel and some chamomile in the echo. It stretches softly and with gentle drive across the palate, with a honey-sweet fruit texture, exciting and very persistent.
