Tasting Notes
Pale golden yellow with a fine-grained and persistent mousse. On the nose, aromas of ripe apple and pear, with floral notes and yeast on the aftertaste. Fresh and juicy on the palate, with a rather aggressive mousse, mineral notes and a somewhat short finish. .
