Medium greenish-yellow, silver highlights, lively, persistent effervescence. Yellow tropical fruit, delicate notes of young pineapple, passion fruit, and lemongrass, delicate sponge cake, attractive bouquet. Juicy apple notes, a racy acidity profile, fresh and distinctly mineral, with a salty finish—a great aperitif and a perfect summer pairing.
