Very pale yellow-green in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, delicate tangerine zest, white stone fruit, a hint of lemon balm, and a touch of minerality. The palate is full-bodied, with ripe apple fruit, a hint of white nougat and banana, with a lingering finish, a complex food wine.
