Tasting from 10.02.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red. On the nose cranberries, raspberries, plus new wood, opens increasingly on fine candied wild berries and fine savouriness. On the palate compact and with beautiful berry fruit, pithy, the background strongly marked by the use of wood and thus drying.
